Refund policy
At Llumes, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused, in the same condition as received, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
If your return is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of receiving it at hello@llumes.com with clear photos so we can evaluate the issue and provide a resolution.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Personal care & beauty products (for hygiene reasons)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges
To exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the item you have and place a new order once your return is accepted.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason, without justification. The item must be unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, and you must provide proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
