2. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 5-7 business days before being shipped. Processing times may be extended during high-demand periods or due to unforeseen circumstances. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.


3. Shipping Times & Delivery Estimates

The total time for delivery includes both processing and shipping times. Estimated shipping times after dispatch are as follows:

  • United States: 6 to 12 business days

  • International Orders: 10 to 30 business days (varies by destination)

Please note that delivery times may be affected by external factors such as customs processing, carrier delays, and public holidays.


4. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time, which will be clearly indicated on our website.


5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.


6. International Shipping & Customs

For international orders, customs duties and taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations. Llumès is not responsible for any additional customs charges or delays. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more details.


7. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

  • If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at hello@llumes.com, and we will assist you in locating it.

  • We are not responsible for stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered. If theft is a concern, consider selecting a secure delivery location or requesting signature confirmation at checkout.


8. Address Accuracy

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us before your order has been processed.


9. Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military APO/FPO addresses. Some remote locations may have limited delivery options or extended delivery times.
